This was my first BIG online electronic order so I was very nervous. Amazon was great!! It arrived a day earlier than expected ( I paid for three day delivery and it came in 2). The box was a little dinged but no damage to the actual TV. The sound and picture are clear. I have all these ports to hook up HDMI cords as well as all the ports necessary for gaming consoles and etc.
The only downside if I had to give it any are that sometimes depending on colors of the picture the color of the screen can get a tiniest bit lighter and darker during scenes. I used to own a 37" toshiba flat screen, and that tv did the same thing so I'm not sure if this is something I can adjust myself-but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase!!

The one think I cannot stand about this model RCA is the UGLY ORANGE PLASTIC BEZEL ADAPTER located right below the RCA logo. Even worse when you mount this TV on the ceiling and look up. Other than that, this is decent value-priced 32" LCD.
