I bought 4 of these TV's. Within 3 months, two died! yes, two. I had to pay shipping on the first one to send to them which cost me $30 and now I have to pay to send the second one in. I had to wait about 3 weeks to get it back which meant i had to buy another one! this Westinghouse TV is crap. I am thinking about calling the company to ask them for my money back or I will go to court to file for a consumer protection.

After reading the recent reviews I felt I should add to the warnings. Bought a Westinghouse 3260 with Costco deal last June and got the Costco 2 year warranty plan so slept well even though brand had limited reviews at the time. It started acting up - jittery screen then black in October. Costco helped me get Westinghouse customer service but got the ship to Texas and pay charges result as other reviews state. After 3 weeks got a replacement that remote would not work on so Westinghouse has sent me a "comparable" replacement - model 3237. My math skills tell me it is a lesser TV based on "lower" model. Guess they had to replace so many 3260's they ran out. Headed back to Vizio if this one tanks!

Bought this TV from Costco($250) for the kids tv room for Christmas but kept all the packaging, receipt, etc.
Set this up late on 12/24 and exactly one month later we started to see horizontal static bands across the screen. Thought it was the cables, but not...the static worsened over the last 36 hours to make the tv virtually unwatchable. Today (1/26) the screen started out with static and then progressed to blanking out completely.
I'm packing it up and taking it back to Costco in the morning. Planning on buying another Panasonic Viera like we have in the other room and have enjoyed without incident for over three years.
I've been buying on Amazon for over a decade, and have NEVER written a review of anything. But the lousy quality of this item begs for me to shout from the rooftops "DO NOT BUY THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!"
